







Custom Tattoo Designs:
To order a Custom Tattoo design you must fill out an Order Form, either at the studio or online, that fully describes the Tattoo
you want designed.
Significant changes to the overall design originally requested on your Order Form will constitute a new design for which a new
deposit would be required.
If you choose not to get the originally requested design as a Tattoo at Chrome Gardens, the design will remain the property of
Chrome Gardens LLC to use in any manner.
An appointment for the Tattoo must be made within 60 days of your approval of the final drawing or your deposit is forfeit.
Touch Ups:
Touch ups are only free by the artist who originally did your Tattoo. If the artist who did your original Tattoo at Chrome Gardens
is no longer here, Stacy may touch up your Tattoo for free at her discretion. However, if the touch up work needed would take
more than a few minutes of time, or is the result of your own negligence, you could be charged. You will be informed whether or
not the touch up is free prior to scheduling your appointment.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates cannot be transferred for use by any other person then the person for whom it is issued.
In the event that you do not use the entire value of a Gift Certificate, the remaining value will be issued as a new Gift Certificate.
If you use a Gift Certificate for a deposit and do not provide proper notice to reschedule or do not show up for your appointment,
your Gift Certificate will be void.
Age & Identification:
WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICES FOR MINORS.
Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the studio under any circumstances, since most people feel uncomfortable talking
about their genital piercings in front of your children.
You must bring State or Federal photo ID every time you come in for any service. If you arrive for a Tattoo appointment without
proper ID, you will not get Tattooed and you will lose your deposit. Acceptable forms of ID include: driver's license, state issued
non-driver ID card, military ID, passport, or learner's permit (if it has a photo on it).
No ID, No Service, No Exceptions.
Miscellaneous Information:
Chrome Gardens accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Cash ONLY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS!
Full payment for services is due upon completion of your Release Form.
Services are non-refundable.
All jewelry sales are final.
No Smoking or alcoholic beverages permitted in the studio.
No, your friend cannot come into the procedure room with you.
We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone. Common reasons would include, but are not limited to: 1. You are visibly
intoxicated. 2. You are being disruptive in the studio. 3. You have missed or canceled more then two appointments. 4. You cannot
provide valid ID. 5. You have a minor child under the age of 13 with you.
Tattoo & Custom Design Deposits:
All Custom Designs and Tattoo Appointments Require a Deposit.
All deposits are applied to the final price of your Tattoo.
All Tattoo and Custom Design deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE &
NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you are at all uncertain about your decision to get
Tattooed, please wait to make your deposit until you are more confident in
your decision.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you forfeit your deposit and you
will have to pay in full to schedule a new appointment. If you do not show up
for your appointment a second time, you will forfeit your payment in full and
will not be permitted to schedule any further appointments.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, we require two business days'
notice or you will forfeit your deposit. Additionally, you will have to pay in full
for a new appointment. If you provide at least two business days' notice to
reschedule, we will transfer your deposit to your new appointment, provided it
is made within 60 days of your original appointment.
If you choose not to reschedule your appointment when you cancel, we will
hold your deposit for 60 days. If you do not schedule a new appointment
within 60 days of cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be
rescheduled so the artist will not be running late for the appointments after
yours. If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to your late arrival, you
will forfeit your deposit and be required to pay in full before scheduling a new
appointment.
