All Tattoo Requests require a Tattoo Request Form describing the tattoo design as completely as possible. Tattoo Request Forms can be filled out on this page or during an in-person Consultation Appointment. Filling out an online Tattoo Request Form doesn't obligate you in any way, it's just the fastest and easiest way to get your idea in front of Stacy. You will usually be contacted within 48 hours of your online request with more information regarding a general estimate for your tattoo, and any questions Stacy may have regarding your design.
If you would like to set-up an in-person Consultation Appointment to discuss your design ideas directly with Stacy prior to making a deposit, simply contact our studio. Consultation Appointments are free, but you will need to make a Deposit to have a design drawn and to secure your appointments.
ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT!!! This deposit secures your appointments and is applied to the cost of your tattoo, with half of your deposit being applied to your first appointment, and the remained of your deposit applied to your final appointment.
Deposits can be made in person during consultation appointments or online via PayPal.
When we have email-verified receipt of your Deposit, contact the Studio via email to schedule your appointments.
